Caring for your Perifit 

Wash before first use, and between uses with warm soapy water, allow to air dry.

Do NOT use Perifit if:

• you are pregnant 
• within 6 weeks of giving birth

You CAN use Perifit :

• with an IUD (care when removing as there is a small risk of dislodging your IUD whenever you remove a device from the vagina)
• with prolapse (significant prolapse sometimes prevents correct insertion of vaginal devices and a prolapse may affect pressure readings)

Is Bluetooth safe?

Perifit is an FDA registered device which is 100% safe to use. It produces only non-ionising Bluetooth Low Energy waves from its tail which always remains outside the body. Bluetooth devices are extremely low powered - approximately 10,000 times less than a regular smartphone. It is due to this fact that lots of wireless healthcare and medical devices use Bluetooth. Moreover, Perifit uses Bluetooth Low Energy, which offers an even lower emission than standard Bluetooth.

**The charge should last 10 years if used for 30 minutes a week.
Perifit is warranted for 5 years and the company will replace it if the battery needs charging before then. After 5 years the battery can be replaced for $50 (please check currency with Perifit)
