How to use
- Apply approximately one teaspoon (4 mL) of Caya® Gel into the membrane of the diaphragm before insertion.
- Insert the diaphragm according to its instructions for use.
- Always follow the instructions supplied with your diaphragm and Caya® Gel.
Designed for hormone-free contraception
Caya® Gel is water-soluble and compatible with condoms. It is designed to be used alongside a diaphragm as part of a hormone-free contraceptive method.
Important information
Caya® Gel does not provide protection against sexually transmitted diseases. Caya® Gel used alone, without a barrier contraceptive such as a diaphragm, is not a safe contraceptive method.
