In this video, Fiona teaches you how to set a custom program on the Pericalm pelvic floor stimulation machine.

The pre-set programs aren't always ideal for what we want to achieve in pelvic floor rehab so the custom function allows you to set an individual program for you or your patient to best suit their needs.

It can help with progression of their stimulation program, for example being able to increase and decrease the work and rest parameters to progress endurance or to drop the Hz if the traditional programs are not comfortable.
