How to set up and use your NeuroTrac TENS

In this video our physiotherapist, Fiona, shows you how to set up and use your NeuroTrac© TENS machine.

For pelvic floor rehab, this machine is most commonly used for treatment of:

  • overactive bladder or bladder urgency - when applied either to the sacral (tailbone) area or the ankle
  • faecal or bowel incontinence and urgency - when applied either to the sacral (tailbone) area or the ankle
  • pelvic pain - can be applied over the abdomen, the sacral/tailbone area or middle of the back (thoracolumbar region) with the aim of modulating the nerve messages from any of the nerve pathways that innervate the pelvic region

The NeuroTrac TENS can also be used for any pain conditions anywhere in the body.
