In this video, Fiona teaches you how to set a custom program on the Neurotrac TENS stimulation machine.
The pre-set programs aren't always ideal for what we want to achieve in pelvic floor rehab so the custom function allows you to set an individual program for yourself or if you are a health professional, for your patient to best suit their needs.
For pelvic health treatments, the TENS is most often used for pain, overactive bladder, bladder urgency, faecal urgency and incontinence .
