Sue has a lovely conversational style of writing and her passion for helping others shines through in each blog.

Michelle Lyons : Celebrate Muliebrity is Michelle's blog aimed at "Empowering Women through Pelvic Health Education" . An internationally known educator in men's and women's physiotherapy , Michelle blogs and has a Youtube channel where she interviews health orofessionals involved in all areas of pelvic health.

Alyssa Tait: EQUILIBRIA  blog  is an excellent resource for pelvic health, combining Alyssa's phyisotherapy back ground and her Masters in Human Nutrition and Functional Medicine. Alyssa's knowledge in this area is second to none.

Your Pelvic Floor   An excellent patient and clinician resource on all thngs pelvic floor by IUGA ( International Urogynecology Association) with links to downloadable leaflets on various topics

Pelvic Pain Foundation of Australia an excellent resource also for both clinicians and pelvic pain sufferers

Squeezy App Not only is this the home of the Squeezy App for pelvic floor muscle training, created by physiotherapist Myra Robson, it also has a fabulous section 'How to Squeeze' with some great short little videos of different ways to find your pelvic floor muscles. These featrue Myra and another two of my favourite pelvic floor physios, Jilly Bond and Elaine Miller.

NOIGroup  The home of Explain Pain.  Not only is this where you can buy your Explain Pain resources and apply for courses, they have a great blog called Noijam with articles written by some of the best minds in pain research, such a sLorimer Moseley

Australasian Birth Trauma Association  A collaboration between Professor Peter Dietz  Amy Dawes  and Elizabeth Skinner , the Australasian Birth Trauma Association (ABTA) was established in 2016 to support women and their families who are suffering postnatally from physical and /or psychological trauma resulting from the birth process as well as the education and support for the range of health professionals who work with pre and postnatal women. It is an excellent resource for women seeking information and support for pelvic floor trauma associated with birth. Educating women on the possible pelvic floor issues they can face and helping them make an informed decision for their birth process is vital.

Continence Foundation of Australia A government funded initiative, the foundation aims to represent the interests of Australians affected by, or at risk of, bladder and bowel control problems and act as an advocate for their interests. The website runs the Continence Helpline, a free telephone advisory service staffed by a team of continence nurse advisors who provide information, education and advice to callers. There are many other resources on the webiste as well as the sister site Pelvic Floor First

Pain Chats  I have just discovered this excellent resource aimed at those experiencing persistent pain. 20 world-renowned pain specilaists in their field write blogs and give information about living life with persistent pain. HIghly recommend a scroll through.

PEDro (Physiotherapy Evidence Database) "a free database of over 43,000 randomised trials, systematic reviews and clinical practice guidelines in physiotherapy. For each trial, review or guideline, PEDro provides the citation details, the abstract and a link to the full text, where possible. All trials on PEDro are independently assessed for quality. These quality ratings are used to quickly guide users to trials that are more likely to be valid and to contain sufficient information to guide clinical practice. PEDro is produced by the Institute for Musculoskeletal Health, School of Public Health at the University of Sydney and is hosted by Neuroscience Research Australia (NeuRA)."
