Shipping Information and Delivery Times
Shipping
Generally any order placed via the website and paid in full at the checkout before 11 am will be dispatched the same day. Orders received AFTER 11 am are generally dispatched the following business day. Where possible we endeavour to dispatch same day however this cannot be guaranteed as we have to meet posting and courier time deadlines. Orders received over the weekend and public holidays will be shipped the next business day.
Once the order is dispatched it is the responsibility of the courier or Australia Post for delivery. We will help wherever we can to assist with delivery and provide your tracking number on request but no responsibility for delivery can be taken.
In the event of non-delivery of an item we will launch an investigation and follow through for you.
This is why we track all your parcels.
Be aware of companies that provide "free shipping" as the cost of shipping will be built into the product cost and it is very unlikely that tracking will be provided.

These are estimates supplied by Australia Post. We are based in ACT, Australia. This is a guide only.
All of our parcels have tracking labels for delivery within Australia.
Parcel Post:
- covers all addresses within Australia and generally takes 2-6 business days.
Express Post:
- Our fastest delivery option that covers all addresses within Australia and generally takes 1-3 business days.

Choosing method of postage.
The site will give you a couple of postage options. The parcel size and weight is calculated by the website based on products chosen which determines the parcel options eg 500g satchel, 3 kg satchel etc.
Depending on your choice, delivery times will vary as will method of delivery.
Regular parcel post + signature
- Parcels are sent with ‘Authority to Leave’ unless a signature is specifically requested by contacting us. The Postman should leave in a safe place if no-one is home when delivery is attempted.
Express Post + signature
- Parcels are sent with ‘Authority to Leave’ unless a signature is specifically requested by contacting us. The Postman should leave in a safe place if no-one is home when delivery is attempted.

Express Post International
- 3 - 15 working days dependent on destination and customs
- Loss and Damage is not covered
International insurance Costs additional AUD$50, please contact us to arrange insurance
Standard Post International
- 8 - 20 working days dependent on destination and customs this is not trackable only signature on delivery
- Loss and Damage is not covered
International insurance Costs additional AUD$50, please contact us to arrange insurance
International Air Mail
- 10 - 25 working days dependent on destination and customs
- Loss and Damage is not covered
