How does Aniball INCO work?

• When inserted in the vagina the balloon adapts to individual anatomy.
  Unlike other devices which are a standard size, Aniball INCO can be inflated to suit your individual anatomy which will change over time as your pelvic floor regains strength, tone and bulk.
• It can be inflated and deflated to fit comfortably providing some resistance and feedback to correct pelvic floor muscle contractions.
• Used in conjunction with breathing it can help restore functional activity.
  Breathing in the pelvic floor relaxes, breathing out the pelvic floor contracts. The inflated balloon can provide feedback to this with gentle movement with the breathing/contraction/relaxation cycle.
• Practise pelvic floor muscle contractions with the balloon inserted and comfortably inflated.
• Follow the instructions in the manual.

How to use:

• Before inserting the balloon into the vagina, check its integrity and correct functionality by inflating it using the pump to 20 pumps. Perform this check before each use. Never use the product in the case of any damage or signs of material degradation
• For comfortable and safe insertion, lubricate the surface of the balloon with a water-based lubricant suitable for internal use (contact with mucous membranes).
• Do not use products or condoms containing oils. Non-water-based lubricants may damage the silicone, causing the balloon to burst. Please be aware that such damage will not be considered a product defect in the case of a warranty claim.
• Always deflate the balloon before removing from vagina.
• Do not use in water.

What is Aniball INCO made from?

The balloon and pump are made of biocompatible silicone, manufactured in Czech Republic

Caring for your Aniball INCO

• Before first use, and after each use, wash the silicone balloon thoroughly using oil-free pH neutral soap and warm water (at least 40 °C) for 1-2 minutes and rinses under running water
• Balloon can be sterilised in boiling water for 5 minutes
• Allow to dry on a clean surface before storing
• Store separately in the original bag in a dry place and do not expose it to radiant heat or sunlight
• Prevent contact between the pump and water when washing the balloon, as water could prevent its proper functioning.
• Do not use in water.

When not use Aniball INCO  (from the manufacturers website)

• pregnancy
• any vaginal inflammation (infectious or non-infectious)
• any vaginal bleeding
• presence of infectious pathology in the vagina or vaginal entrance area
• vaginal injury
• any bladder inflammation
• uterine prolapse
• genital herpes
• precancers and tumour pathologies of the cervix, vagina or external genitalia
• during the postnatal puerperium and within the first six weeks following gynaecological interventions and operations (including genital laser treatment)

In the following cases consult your doctor:

• presence of varicose veins in the vagina and external genitalia
• reduced sensitivity of the vagina or external genitalia (neurological disease, painkillers
  administration, alcohol and drug abuse)
• after treated vaginal inflammation (vaginal fragility persists)
• after vaginal surgery (scarring may negatively affect the vaginal elasticity)
• lichen sclerosus of the external genitalia
• cancer in the pelvic area
