We strongly recommend that you use this product under the guidance and direction of a women's health physiotherapist

The new PelviWand V is an updated version of its predecessor the TheraWand Vaginal.

PelviWand V has two release ends. One shaped like an opposable thumb and one like a finger tip.

Each end of the PelviWand V can be used for manual massage and trigger point (myofascial) release. This wand is designed to assist in  alleviating pelvic pain by helping to release muscle tension in the pelvic floor muscles.

You can view the other version, PelviWand LA  which is designed for vaginal (women) and rectal (men and women) use here

A PelviWand V will usually be one component of a multifaceted approach involving physiotherapy and relaxation techniques.
Benefits will be greatest when given comprehensive instruction from your health professional on how to use the PelviWand V correctly in order to avoid injury.
With correct use of the PelviWand V you are able to continue your therapy at home allowing a greater sense of control over your own treatment, as well as being empowering physically and psychologically.

Use of the wand to access myofascial trigger points in the pelvis can replicate what your physiotherapist does when performing trigger point massage or trigger point release in a therapy session.
It enables you to control the exact amount and location of pressure applied.
