Measuring GH+PB

Using POPstix to measure GH+PB is a very useful clinical tool when assessing pelvic floor function. There is much research** to show the correlation between this measurement and prolapse risk profile which can guide you in treatment and activity recommendations for your patients.
In this video, physiotherapist Fiona Rogers describes how to do a GH+PB measurement with a POPstix which is the most accurate way of measuring. Using a tongue depressor marked out by hand is not as accurate.
