Pelvic Floor Muscle Relaxation for Men

This CD is produced by one of Australia's best known researchers, Specialist Pelvic Floor Physiotherapist Dr Patricia Neumann.
Dr Neumann is a well known, and greatly respected, physiotherapist, researcher and lecturer from Adelaide in South Australia.

It is the result of her years of experience and success in helping women and men overcome painful pelvic conditions.
This new release has all the features of the new CD for women but it has been adapted for men with persistent pelvic pain.

There are 3 tracks:

  1.  30 minute track of whole body and pelvic floor muscle relaxation. It is reccomended for daily practise for the first week , or as directed by your health care professional.
  2.  10 minute short relaxation which is suggested for use once you are familiar with the 30 minute relaxation, and is good for regular daily practise.
  3.  20 minute relaxation music only track.


The 8-page booklet guides you through how to use the CD which is designed ideally to be used with the guidance of a pelvic floor physiotherapist who can provide individual help. However men who have no access to a pelvic floor physiotherapist can use the information and exercises as a good start to their treatment.
