A complete pregnancy exercise program on DVD. Developed specifically for pregnant and postnatal women, it's professionally designed by physiotherapists and is suitable for all fitness levels. The program incorporates both cardio and strength components for an all-round workout, so covers much more than just pelvic floor fitness.

Exercises are done on the gymball to engage and strengthen the pelvic floor muscles in ways that are appropriate for pregnant women.

The program provides a safe alternative to using an intravaginal pelvic floor exercise device to assist with pelvic floor muscle strengthening.

The PreggiBellies exercise program is available in selected gyms in Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane. The DVD brings the program within reach of all women, as it's easy to follow in the privacy of your own home.

The Preggi Bellies program uses a gymball (otherwise known as exercise ball, medicine ball, fitball, swiss ball etc).

If you do not already own a gymball, we suggest that the Australian-made balls available from Logical Fitness, available in a range of size, strength and colour, all offer the AntiBurst and other safety features that are important to your successful and safe exercising. Safety is always important in selecting a gymball, but doubly important when using one during pregnancy. An anti burst feature, that ensure slow deflation in the event of puncture is vital.
