Periform is an intra-vaginal probe for muscle stimulation and biofeedback. It is supplied complete with an additional stick-style "indicator" fitting that allows it to be used as a Pelvic Floor Educator and thus provides excellent value for women wanting to develop exercise technique whilst using electrical stimulation.
Periform is a well designed vaginal probe widely used by continence specialists. Its patented hollow shape ensures that the probe stays securely in place during use. Periform is very comfortable to use and its wide plates provide excellent muscle stimulation.
The manufacturer's instructions for use state that the Periform's metal plates should be completely coated with lubricating gel. We offer Sylk Natural Personal Lubricant for this purpose.
Periform is designed for single person use and cannot be autoclaved. Periforms are made from medical grade materials, but not manufactured in guaranteed sterile conditions and we therefore suggest cleaning before initial use.
