Manufacturer's recommendations

Use for active weight-training: 8-12 contractions, holding for up to 10 secs. Repeat 3 times in a single day, on 3-4 days pw with at least one day rest between "exercise" days. View PelviWeights instruction leaflet here (pdf 105KB)

PelviWeights have been ingeniously designed to extend the usefulness and effectiveness of any intra-vaginal device that features a loop that hangs out side the body. PelviWeights offer virtually limitless opportunities for active pelvic floor muscle training.

PelviWeights consist of premium grade 316 non-corrosive stainless steel bolts and eye nuts, combined with a set of beautiful polished gemstone weights that can be used to provide progressive increase in the weight of the set. Once assembled to the user's requirements, the PelviWeights are hooked to the external cord of any vaginal device featuring a loop outside the body, including Smartballs Classic, Smartballs Teneo Uno and Duo or Luna Beads.

With the PelviWeights in place, pelvic floor exercises are much more effective, since the PelviWeights work against gravity to provide resistance for a controlled program of progressive active weightlifting. (Incidentally, this is the exercise method used by the woman with the "World's Strongest Vagina".)

PelviWeights come in two standard sizes, providing flexible options for progressive active pelvic floor weight training. Included instructions are based on the Position Stand on Progression Models in Resistance Training for Healthy Adults (American College of Sports Medicine 2002), and describe how to use PelviWeights within an active program of pelvic floor weight lifting.

PelviWeights offer visual feedback as most women will be able to see a distinct "lift" in the weights when they contract their pelvic floor muscles. If your body shape prevents you from seeing the weights in use, standing in front of a mirror should provide visual feedback.

PelviWeights are available in two standard sizes:

PelviWeights100 includes one bolt, one eye nut and five pink rhodonite gemstone weights of 14g each, providing the following options for progression:
-hook just the empty stainless steel bolt (14g) to the loop of your vaginal balls
-add the stainless steel nut (16g) to the bolt (total 30g)
-add one gemstone weight (44g)
-add a second gemstone weight (58g)
-add a third gemstone weight (72g)
-add a fourth gemstone weight (86g)
-add a fifth gemstone weight (100g)

PelviWeights200 includes one bolt, one eye nut and five red jasper gemstone weights of 34g each, providing the following options for progression:
-hook just the empty stainless steel bolt (14g) to the loop of your vaginal balls
-add the stainless steel nut (16g) to the bolt (total 30g)
-add one gemstone weight (64g)
-add a second gemstone weight (98g)
-add a third gemstone weight (132g)
-add a fourth gemstone weight (166g)
-add a fifth gemstone weight (200g)

All PelviWeight gemstones are highly polished, smooth donut-style pieces, easily thredded onto the steel bolts. The gemstones are beautiful to touch and to look at, with veins and drifts of other mineral material occuring naturally within them, and contributing to enormous colour variation. They are a pleasure to handle and to own, as well as highly effective as progressive weights.

PelviWeight sets also include a hook for suspending the bolt from the loop of the chosen vaginal device, and a black velveteen bag for storing your PelviWeights.

Pelviweights can also be connected to each other (for example if you purchase PelviWeights100 and PelviWeights200 and work progressively through both sets, you can progress still further by linking them together (as long as you ensure you monitor your progress carefully in line with instructions to ensure safe exercising at all times).

Your decision about which set of PelviWeights to choose will depend on your current level of pelvic floor muscle strength. If you are new to pelvic floor muscle exercising, you may prefer PelviWeights100. If you are an experienced exerciser, particularly if you are seeking to substantially enhance sexual response, you may prefer PelviWeights200. Other lighter or heavier options are also available sometimes, depending on our supply of gemstones. View our current lighter and heavier sets here.

If you are uncertain, we suggest you consult a health professional.

PelviWeights are exclusive to Pelvic Floor Exercise. Our gemstones are natural products and therefore some weight variation is to be expected. Each gemstone in the PelviWeights sets is accurate in weight to +/- 10%, and the overall PelviWeights set is guaranteed accurate to within +/- 10% of the stated weight.

Please note that PelviWeights cannot be used alone. They can only be used in conjunction with vaginal devices that feature a loop that hangs outside the body such as Smartballs Teneo Uno and Duo, Smartballs Classic and Luna Beads.

Smartballs Classic and Luna Beads both feature unstretchable cord loops, whereas Smartballs Teneo Uno and Duo feature slightly stretchable silicon loops. PelviWeights can be used with any of these products, but the silicon loop of the Teneo range will cause more "bounce" and movement of the PelviWeights than will occur with Smartballs Classic and Luna Beads.

PelviWeights 100 & 200 are available in Extra Value Combo Packs with both Luna Beads and Smartball Classic, saving over $23 on products bought individually.

PelviWeights are exclusive to Pelvic Floor Exercise™.
