The beauty of this set is its versatility. You can progress through the weights and sizes or you can work with the shape and weight that suits you personally.

Best price on new AMI PELVIC FLOOR EXERCISERS. Can be used in combination with our exclusive Pelviweights to progress the weight you are using.

Description

AMI progressive weight beads are uniquely shaped and progressively weighted to allow you to progress at your own pace and comfort. We recommend that you use AMI to help you do your pelvic floor exercises - try to lift and squeeze the bead within the vagina, hold and relax whilst still maintaining AMI within the vagina. If AMI slides out during use, your pelvic floor squeeze technique may be incorrect or you may need to return down the levels until you are ready to progress. If AMI 1 is difficult to retain then try in a semi-reclined position first.

Ami 1 is round and weighs 54g with a maximum diameter of 36mm. This is the ideal starter bead being slightly larger in diameter than the others. It is also better suited to those with larger vaginal vaults and prolapses although we always caution those with prolapses to be careful of positioning vaginal balls and weights as you may have difficulty inserting/retaining them.

Length including cord 111 mm, excluding cord 36mm.

Ami 2  is hourglass shaped ,weighs 72g and at maximum diameter  of 32mm is a slightly harder work out for your pelvic floor being smaller in diameter and slightly heavier.

Length including cord 156mm, excluding cord 80mm.

Ami 3 is a similar shape to AMI 2 but smaller and heavier ,weighing 99g with a  maximum diameter of 28mm , making for a much more challenging workout for.

Length including  cord 144mm, excluding cord 70mm.

We recommend washing Ami in warm water and  soap before initial use and after every subsequent use. Allow AMI to dry before storing in box. If you want to boil Ami then do so for a maximum of 20 seconds in order to prolong the life.

Use of a small amount of water based lubricant such as SYLK is recommended for easier insertion and to prolong the life of your AMI.

AMI  is made from body safe silicon and is free of harmful phthalates.

Box size is 138 x 124 and 50 high, it weighs approximately 370 grams.
