PRICING POLICY
We aim to bring you the best exercisers at the lowest possible prices. If you see the same exerciser being sold online in Australia at less than our online price (including all p&p and other extra charges), please email us with details of the seller's website. We guarantee to meet this price. (Sorry, this promise can't apply to products being sold by adult shops.)
When making a claim under our pricing policy, please note that our Australian postage charge is also very low for registered post, and take this into account when comparing the total price you will pay. We have seen examples of products offered at 5 cents below our price, yet with a much higher postage charge that is not visible to buyers until they are well into the process of ordering.
RETURNS POLICY
We want you to be satisfied with the purchase of your device. If you decide that you do not want to keep your purchase for any reason, send it back to us, unused and in the original, sealed packaging. Please include your original receipt and package the product so that it will not be damaged in the post. The return package should be postmarked within 15 days of your purchase.
We know you will understand that, because of the intimate nature of the products we sell, this guarantee can only apply if the packaging seal has not been opened.
Of course, in the unlikely event that your purchase is faulty, the manufacturer's replacment or refund warranty will always be honoured. Manufacturer warranties range from 3 months to lifetime and are specified on relevant product pages. For products that are not backed up by a manufacturer's warranty, Pelvic Floor Exercise will replace your purchase if it proves faulty within 12 months of purchase and use in accordance with manufacturer's instructions.
If you think a product may be faulty, we ask that you contact us by phone or email before returning the item. We'll talk through any problems that may be arising before authorising return, in order to avoid delay and postage expense for you.
PRIVACY POLICY
We understand that you may not want others to know that you have purchased a pelvic floor exerciser, so we promise you that we will never give any of the information we obtain during the ordering process to anyone else, and we shall never contact you again.
When you order online from us, we only know the name and address you give us for delivery, and your email address in case we need to contact you about your order. We know nothing about your credit card as that is handled by the eway gateway.
If you prefer to use our order form and pay with a money order, you are free to use an assumed name and PO Box address for your order, thus maintaining total anonymity.
We do not use tracking technologies, except for website visitors who arrive via paid Google Adwords. In the case of these visitors only, we use a temporary cookie to see which of our paid advertisements are most successful in reaching customers. Cookie data is anonymous and is never connected with a specific named website customer.
