Unfortunately, we do not have a shopfront, nor do we have branches in other States. If you wish to buy a product but do not wish to have it delivered by mail, we regret that we are unable to assist you.

ORDERS FROM OUTSIDE AUSTRALIA
We welcome orders from overseas through our online shop.

All our prices are quoted and charged in Australian dollars, but you will find a link on the righthand column of pages within our shop enabling you to check the cost of items in your own currency. You will also be offered a link to confirm the cost of your total order in your own currency before you finalise payment.

Our secure checkout will recognise your international address and charge you the international postage rate accordingly.

Please be aware that customs in your own country may choose to impose a charge on your order. We make every effort to use product descriptions and tarrif codes that minimise this risk, but it remains a slight possibility. If this concerns you, we advise that you contact your own customs service prior to ordering.


POSTAGE AND PACKAGING

All our products except the In Lieu Toilet Converter are sent using Australia Post. We are very aware of our customers' privacy and pack orders discreetly in plain unmarked padded bags, with a return address of PFE Pty Ltd.
Postage arrangements for addresses within Australia:
 
We send all orders by Australia Post Registered Post, and charge a flat rate of $9.90 per order, regardless of the size or weight.

Registered post is safe, trackable, and covered by insurance. Your order will have to be signed for on receipt. If no-one is available to take delivery, Australia Post will leave a card telling you at which Post Office you can collect and sign for your order. Alternatively consider leaving a workplace address or email us when you order if you have concerns about delivery by registered post.

We guarantee that we'll replace any registered package that is not delivered, so you can order with complete confidence.
Postage arrangments for addresses outside Australia:
 

We send all orders by Australia Post's NEW Registered Post International (where available - check countries here), at the following prices:

Orders to New Zealand: flat rate of AUD$13 per order, regardless of the size or weight.
Orders to any other country worldwide: flat rate of AUD$22 per order, regardless of the size or weight.

Registered Post International provides evidence of posting and a tracking number. If your order does not arrive within the expected time frame, please contact us for your parcel's tracking number.

Please note that Registered Post International does not include insurance. We can always provide evidence of posting, and hence we cannot be held responsible in the very unlikely event that your order doesn't arrive. If the risk of loss en route concerns you, you are welcome to contact us for a quote on an alternative postage method prior to ordering.


WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
Despatch days at Pelvic Floor Exercise are usually Mondays and Thursdays. Orders paid for by close of business on Sundays are despatched on Mondays. Orders paid for by close of business on Wednesdays are despatched on Thursdays.

Australian customers in the eastern States usually receive their orders within 2-4 days of postage. Customers in other States may find delivery takes up one week. Please be aware that registered post sometimes takes a day or two longer than ordinary post, but we consider the added security of registered post is important.

Registered Post International claims that deliveries to overseas customers usually arrive within 3-14 days, depending on the country.

In the unlikely event that despatch of your order will be delayed because we are awaiting stock of any product, we will contact you at the address you've provided to let you know. You will have the option of cancelling your order. Apart from this circumstance, your order will always be sent in line with the above timeframe.

If your order does not arrive within this timeframe, please contact us for the tracking number.


HEALTH FUND REBATES
Many of the items in our range are included on the Australian Register of Therapeutic Goods and/or are exempt from GST on the basis that they are a medical device for the treatment or relief of incontinence.

If you are a member of an Australian private health fund, you may be able to claim a rebate on the cost of some purchases from us. This will generally depend on factors such as your level of cover, your fund's policies and whether your doctor or health care professional has recommended the purchase.

We suggest you talk to your fund for more information.


ORDERING AND PRODUCT PROBLEMS
We hope it will never happen, but if you should have trouble using our online checkout, please let us know and provide us with as much information about the problem as possible. We'd prefer your contact by email if possible, but please use any method to contact us that suits you.
